Our AYSO
program utilizes fields throughout the City of Costa Mesa. Because
Costa Mesa Region 120 is a Group 1 Field User (greater than 90% Costa Mesa
residents), we not only get priority assignment of fields relative to
non-Group 1 users, we also get field permit fees waived--we are after all
taxpayers in this City.
We must only practice and play on permitted fields, and we must be good Costa Mesa neighbors to those who live near our fields. That means following parking rules, keeping dogs off all fields (our Region's policy), and picking up trash when we leave. We live in this City--let's take care of it.
